Race begins as a beach start in heats (assigned at race registration), out-and-back to the Transition Area.

BIKE COURSE

Myofascial Freedom & Wellness

Bike is out-and-back. South to Highway 10, East until a well-marked, manned turnaround. Return to Transition Area. Helmets are required.

RUN COURSE

SCHEELS Finish Line

Run follows the bike course but the turnaround is well-marked before Highway 10. The return is past the Transition Area, through the park, and ends to a crowd of people at the SCHEELS finish line!
